Olivier Carret

Olivier Carret has over 40 years of international experience in the energy industry, spanning nuclear project development, operations, business development and executive leadership.

He has held senior roles at EDF, Gaz de France, GDF Suez and ENGIE, working in the UK, US, France and Portugal. As NuGen’s Chief Operating Officer and Director from 2010 to 2013, and later through investment committee and mentoring roles, he developed deep expertise in major power projects and international partnerships.

Olivier holds engineering and finance degrees, has received a NIST scientific award, and completed executive programmes at Harvard Business School and ENGIE.
